Very prompt and easy communication with the seller. The watch looks GREAT - very well polished, no scratches on the crystal. Unfortunately, the warranty is from 2007 (not 2008, as advertised). My big complaint is that the watch condition advertised as 'Very Good' with little or no signs of wear, which is true, but the last service paper record is from 2010. 'Very Good' condition (according Chrono24) includes points like ‘Movement serviced to an adequate extent’. The watch was running 30 sec/day slow!!! Went to local watch maker and he made a full servicing but spotted an awfully bad servicing jobs done on this watch over the years. There was a stripped screws and gears. So, after changing one bridge (because of stripped threads), a gear and a few screws - the watch is working acceptable now, after full cleaning, parts change, lubing and fine regulation (outside COSC specs, but the movement wear is noticeable, because of bad maintenance). The condition was marked a little high, that is my opinion. The seller needs to put it on a Timing machine and see the terrible working condition and just point it in the description. I am however satisfied of the look and feel of this watch.

Prompt and swift communication. Dealer went the extra mile with WhatsApp videos of the watch, which was extremely helpful. Pre sale questions responded and answered quickly. Dealer does prefer you ask any aftercare questions before purchase. The watch did have a little more wear and tear than I could see on the videos and pictures supplied, however you do get a return option and the dealer was very open at all times to having the watch returned if I had any concerns. Would use dealer again.

I must say that the only problem was a scratch on clock's crystal over the 5th hour mark. I need to change the glass because it creates a dark shadow on the dial. The photos didn't show it up . The scratch and the shadow is something that everyone can notice by the first lool. So i don't know how the pictures didn't make it seen! Otherwise all the communication, the price and the shipping process was perfect.

The description had inaccuracies like "Rubber Spare Strap" (which was not included), "%100 authentic" (while bronze buckle as a steel pin). Shipment was super fast.

My only complaint is that the watch condition was advertised as 'Very Good' with little or no signs of wear, the watch should have been marked no higher than 'Good'. I have have sent the watch for appraisal/service to a watch repairer in Hatton Garden who reports it has a Case scratched, Case dented, Case worn and Bezel marked. Whilst the watch is thirteen years old and we must expect the condition to mirror that age, I think the condition was marked a little high. I am however satisfied that the price I paid was fair.

Un petit problème sur l’annonce ou la montre était indiquée neuve, ce qui était une erreur. Néanmoins le vendeur a été très correct et a su me proposer un arrangement satisfaisant. Tout le monde peut faire une erreur, le plus important étant de faire le nécessaire pour arranger les choses, ce qui a été le cas. Je recommande ce vendeur pour la qualité de son écoute et sa réactivité.
