I partially feel bad for leaving this review, but thought it was important to share my experience. They had a watch listing with the status of available now so I moved to purchase. I completely understand these things go out of stock and that demand is out of their control. But they accepted the order quick but left me in limbo with no communication for multiple days until finally responding that they were waiting for a shipment to arrive. Ok no big deal.. but when I went to check the same listing they still were marketing the item as available now which I thought was mis-information. After trying waiting with poor communication they instructed me to cancel the order. Again, I'm sure this is probably a one off experience since they have a high star review, and I understand demand and inventory is out of their control.. but I would have been more understanding if they were better at communication or were more transparent.

Sent them a message and never got back just had some questions about the watch and warranty and they simply never answered me.

We did accept your offer and was pending for your payment to Chrono24 before we ship out. However, there wasn’t any payment made for about 7 days hence the order was cancelled. Pertaining to your questions asked regards to the warranty and authenticity, a) all watches sold in Chrono24.com are definitely genuine and authentic b) warranty wise is actually mentioned in the individual postings and descriptions too.
