Panerai PAM 422 Luminor Marina 1950 3-Day 'Acciaio' 47mm Stainless Steel Brevettato, Black Dial with 'Dirty' Luminescent Hour Markers and Rose Gold Hands. The 47mm diameter AISI 316L stainless steel cushion-shaped two-body case, gently curved lugs, and stepped angled bezel, are polished. It has the patented hemispherical lever actuated crown guard. There is a black "sandwich" dial with large luminous Arabic numeral hour markers on the quarter hours, and stick baton hour indices (The "sandwich" dial is an original Panerai invention, with a luminous substance painted to a disc which is overlaid by another dial with the appropriate cut-outs). There is a luminous subsidiary small constant running seconds dial with a luminous "propeller" shaped indicator at 9 o'clock, and the three-day power reserve indicator is displayed through the display back. Limited Edition of Only 1500 Pieces.

This Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days PAM00422 has a mechanical manual winding Panerai Caliber P. 3001 movement that's rhodium plated. It's constructed with 21 jewels and it uses two spring barrels connected in series. It has 207 components, an Incabloc anti-shock system, a Glucydur monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions. It includes a variable inertia balance wheel allowing the rate of the watch to be adjusted with external screws on the rim. The large P.3001 caliber has its origins from the historic 1950 Panerai models, very similar to the three-quarter-plate movement. It has two bridges that covers the majority of the mechanical parts that are fixed to the bottom plate by a series of screws that form a sturdy, rigid structure, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
