Ladies Rolex Datejust in 18k yellow gold, Ref# 69178. On a blue reptile strap with a gold-tone tang buckle. With a fluted 18k yellow gold bezel and a sapphire crystal. The case diameter is 26 mm. Self-winding movement with quickset date. Champagne dial with applied stick hour markers. This watch is circa 1985. Very Good condition.
