Up for sale is an authentic and extremely rare F.P. Journe Octa Sport Indy 500, which features a blackened aluminum case with rubber inserts, blackened aluminum dial and rubber strap. In addition, this watch also features its original Journe box and warranty card.
The Octa Sport Indy 500 features a 120-hour power reserve and in addition to the time and date, it also displays a power reserve and day/night complication. An aluminum case is an extremely rare sight in the watch world and, as a result, the whole timepiece weighs only 53 grams! Furthermore, only 99 Octa Sport Indy 500 models were produced which makes them very hard to find. F.P. Journes have seen a tremendous rise in value lately due to their unique designs, excellent movements and the fact that they are one of the few independent watch companies around.
