Where our watches come from:
We are a watch trading business, which means that our stock comes from private individuals looking for a secure way to sell their watch. All of the watches listed are property of the business, and have already been inspected, prepared for resale, and photographed in our office. We never accept payment unless the watch is ready for immediate shipping. So when buying from us, you don't have to worry about long waiting times or uncertainty as we attempt to 'source' the watch for you - it's just not how we operate.

Authenticity:
All watches in stock are expertly authenticated by our sales team and our watchmaker prior to listing to ensure that the watch and all of its components are genuine. We also perform 'good title' checks on every watch via the Watch Register.

Viewings:
All of the listed watches are available to view in our office. Please get in touch to book an appointment.

Sizing:
We are able to remove links on most models prior to shipping at no extra cost. Any link removed will always be included with your watch prior to shipping. Please let us know your wrist circumference when placing your order.
Any additional links to be added can only be done via an Authorised Dealer at your own cost.

Shipping:
Subject to cleared payment, all of our watches are ready for dispatch the same day. All packages are secure, insured and fully tracked. For our free UK shipping, we exclusively use guaranteed next day delivery services. Outside of the UK, we always choose an express service to ensure your watch reaches you in a timely manner. This is typically 1-2 working days but may vary, please contact us for confirmed quotes and timelines.

Customs/VAT/import fees:
International buyers please note, you will be liable for any taxes, duties or import charges that your country may impose.

Returns:
Please note, in the event of a return within the 14-day return window, any costs involved must be paid for by the buyer. This can include: shipping, suitable insurance and if applicable import/tax/customs charges. The watch must be returned with all the items it was sent with and in the exact same condition it was received in.
