DESCRIPTION:
Mühle Glashütte has precisely designed each of the watches in the S.A.R. collection to be highly functional and reliable tool watches. Each of the models has been designed for a different purpose, whether it be to aid sea rescuers or for pilots of the German Navy. All of the S.A.R. models are robust, sturdy, and practical to be able to withstand adverse conditions. Mühle ensures that each of its watches has the highest-quality cases and most precise movements to make them dependable, even in challenging situations.
Each watch is individually numbered. I can't find anything stating it is a special edition, but it has to be a limited production timepiece and I am guessing not many were created.

Each of the watches in the S.A.R. collection is a tool watch that has been designed for a precise purpose.

Each of the models uses non-reflective and scratch-resistant 4mm thick sapphire glass to protect the dial.
All of the S.A.R. models are powered by a precise automatic movement.
Every model in the collection features Super-LumiNova detailing to ensure that the dial is easy to read even when in the dark or underwater.
Model Specifications M1-41-08:
This model features a luminous white dial (manufacturer describes it as cream. looks off white or white to my eyes) with a date aperture at 4 o’clock.
The hands and baton indices are coated with Super-Laminova.
A black rubber bezel surrounds the dial.
A stainless-steel case, measuring 42mm in diameter and 13.5mm in height, frames the dial.
The watch is water-resistant to 1000 metres (100 bar). This water-resistance is aided by the screw-down crown.
This watch is powered by an automatic SW 200-1 Mühle version movement. It features woodpecker neck regulation, own rotor and characteristic surface finishes alongside a stop second function and fast date correction. The watch has a 38-hour power reserve.
This model is finished with a black textile strap that is patterned with white and red stripes and fastened with a locking deployment clasp and a second rubber dive strap with a depoloyant buckle.
