We are not responsible for calculating, converting, or paying for any international fees such as duties, customs, import tax, or other international luxury good taxes. This responsibility falls onto the buyer when they decide to make the purchase. All watches MUST be signed for by a receiving party that is 21 years of age of older. If watch is not signed for and package is sent back to us for signature failure, the buyer will be billed accordingly. Please alert us if you plan on making a return so we can organize the best possible way for us to help you with the return. If the buyer wants to return the watch after initial return period, buyer will be billed accordingly. If buyer wants to return watch after/during initial return period and watch is NOT in the same condition as received, buyer will be billed accordingly. If buyer initiates a return of watch outside of the following reasons (damage, malfunction, wrong model, incomplete shipped contents), the buyer will be billed accordingly. If the buyer does not pay for duties, fees, or taxes upon the watch's arrival at customs or the border, we are not responsible for paying those amounts, the buyer will be billed accordingly.

All watches posted to our online showroom have had their pictures taken in house. We do not use stock mages, duplicate images, or third party images. What you see in the pictures is what comes with your shipment. More pictures are available on the request of the buyer and we will supply them no problem!

All watches posted to our online showroom go through inspection to make sure they are held up to the highest possible standard. Our customers are the most important part of our business and giving them a product that they are happy and confident with is always the top priority.
