Just got my wife an AWESOME birthday present. A 2023 Rolex Oyster Perpetual 31mm pink dial watch! I went through Chrono/24 and then had questions before buying. It was brand new with papers/box and just received it within 24 hours of ordering! Mark answered all of my dumb questions before I bought it. Now it was a little higher than retail, but ALL new Rolex watches are impossible to get right now. There were several others available nationwide, but they were even a lot more! And the watch is 100% authentic with all original documents, papers and box. REALLY happy about Jewelry Concept and the great price/customer service!

Overall a good transaction and I would buy from them again. A couple of small confusing moments: -The original description said condition "unworn", but that was just a mistake on their listing apparently. They made the actual condition clear well before I decided to purchase, so not a big deal. -As soon as I expressed interest in the watch, the price in the listing increased by like 20% (apparently also a mistake in the listing). The dealer still honored the original listed price without any argument, so no harm done. So ultimately everything worked out fine, and I'm very happy with the purchase. A couple of minor bumps that kept me from 5 star reviews, but definitely good enough to give them another shot.
