Fantastic experience. The communication was great and response time always instantly. UPS was a bit delayed and took around 1 week but that was not the seller's fault really. Maybe, for the future, FedEx overnight delivery would be a better option. Overall, I highly recommend the watch dealer and I am looking forward to making another purchase in the future.

The watch had a very fair price. The watch was shipped quickly. The original watch box was damaged during shipping because not enough protective material was used. Since it was a brand new watch, this was very annoying. There was also a visual defect on the watch, a small scratch on the bezel under the protective cover. The scratch was a factory error. I think the dealer didn't see the small scratch himself and didn't sell a watch with a defect with bad intentions. The dealer was very cooperative and responded quickly. We have found an amicable solution to the problem. Therefore, overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. I think the dealer is very motivated and is just building up his business at Chrono24. In the future, he will certainly check watches more closely before selling them to see if there is an optical defect. And he will certainly pack the watch better. He certainly learned from this case. He says that his customers' satisfaction is his top priority. I believe that. That's why I recommend the dealer overall and would buy a watch from him again. But unfortunately I can't give any better reviews for the packaging and the condition description. Unfortunately that was the case in my case. But I wish him continued success and thank you for this very nice watch at a very good price.
