Can't imagine a better online buying experience. Dealer was communicative, shipped super quickly, and the pictures were an excellent representation of the watch I bought. The watch itself as well as the metal bracelet were both in exceptional condition, especially for a nearly 20 year old watch. I took the watch to the guy who services all of my pieces to check out the movement and do an accuracy and pressure test. Everything was in perfect condition. I think this dealer will be my first stop when I'm looking for my next high end watch.

I was in a hurry to get a watch for my 1 year anniversary and when I found this watch I let Corey know I needed it shipped overnight and we had a deadline before traveling. I made the payment with AMEX and he was constantly messaging me status. He had the watch packaged and ready to go long before the website had confirmed payment. He actually reached out to the website billing department to confirm payment and kept checking with them until they had the payment from AMEX. He then drove it to the Fedex shipping center since we had missed the pickup time. This is amazing customer service! To top it off the watch, box, and papers were all in amazing condition, as described or better! This was a great transaction and shows that an amazing customer experience is still possible if you find the right business. Corey and his company are the right business!

The included documentation was complete and thorough, including items not even shown in the pictures in the listing (very important for Panerai sold on the secondary market). Watch is pristine, running great. I've dealt with plenty of grey dealers and these are as good as any. Would certainly consider doing business with them again. Cheers
