Dear Sir Thank you for your review, but actually its not what you have described. We always reply promptly to all the requests we receive from potential customers and queries regarding our listings. We have confirmed your order only after our AD has confirmed the watch and you decided to cancel the order because you didnt want to accept the watch without the alligator strap since there might be problem in the US customs and the parcel stopped. We informed you that its not our responsibility to contact the customs but yours since we dont have any responsibility after the order leaves our company and we state clearly that taxes and duties that may be applied in the country of destination its the buyer's responsibility. We even informed you to ship the watch with the strap, but instead you cancelled the order, because we mentioned that we cannot contact the US customs and its up to you to decide how you want your watch to be shipped. We are sorry that you have this idea for our service but you cancelled the order since you didnt want to bother asking your customs about the import which is not I repeat once more our responsibility.

Placed an order and paid for a watch; but got the response few days later that local AD sold that the watch to another client after the confirmation; it is totally unacceptable and unprofessional; understood there are risks between the seller and local AD but I am totally disappointed for the arrangement as an overseas buyer

Szczerze polecam CP Lux Chronology Limited. Bardzo dobry, szybki kontakt. Zegarek pierwsza klasa, uczciwa cena. Jedyną uwagę jaką mam to sposób pakowania. Opakowanie było delikatnie uszkodzone w transporcie. Dla posiadaczy zegarków często opakowanie jest równie ważne co sam zegarek, a w przypadku opakowań Omegi tym bardziej. Niemniej jednak jeśli będę kupował następny zegarek, na pewno zajrzę na stronę CP Lux Chronology Limited.
