Communication was nearly instantaneous even at odd hours. Never had an internet seller communicate so well. Watch was packaged like it was ready for a trip to Mars and arrived less than 24 hours after it was purchased. Item was exactly as described unfortunately there was an issue that I truly believe ML Supply was unaware of and I decided to return the watch. Very helpful with the return still great communication. These people really know how to run a business.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. I experienced a logistical nightmare trying to get the watch into the country (through no fault of the seller) but thankfully Edwin was there every step of the way. Finally, after a month of ongoing support and troubleshooting from ML supply co the watch was delivered safe and sound. The service and professionalism from Edwin was impeccable. Highly recommended!!!
