The submariner I received is in perfect condition. The transaction was swift, professional, and the dealer very courteous. I would definitely do business with them again. The only wrinkle was that the watch was mistakenly described on the website as a 2020 model. Dealer called me to tell me that it was a 2018 and I decided to go ahead and get it. To me, this shows the integrity of the dealer, he could have simply not told me and sent the 2018 and hope I didn't notice. So while I deducted one star for accuracy of the description, I ranked them at the highest level for shipping, packaging, and communication. And i would be very happy to buy from them again.
