He was very transparent and clear during the negotiation and discussions about the price. He followed up after the watch was delivered to ensure my full satisfaction and sizing appropriateness. The watch itself met all expectations that the dealer (watches off 5th) had communicated and advertised. The packaging was careful, deliberate and ensured that the watch was delivered exactly as shown on the website. Absolutely amazing experience. Was connected with Miriam after I purchased a watch off chrono24 located in Australia. This company does not mess around. Best service out there & sells what they advertise unlike a lot of other dealers for the specific watch I was looking for.
