Pretty good experience with this seller. They always replied back very fast to answer some questions I had and never felt like they were rushing me or ignoring me. My Longines Zulu Time arrived in original box and brand new. Would gladly buy from them again.

Near perfect transaction! Although minor, I should have asked for photos of the actual watch versus the stock photos in the listing as the new watch came with permanent stains on each end of the red strap from the display tray. Seller immediately apologized and I took the small loss. Everything else went smoothly. The seller promptly responded to the warranty registration request and I received the watch in a matter of 2-3 days after purchase with the included overnight shipping from Canada to Texas.

This watch is genuine and authentic as described. However, the warranty card is not registered, and I asked my local Longines boutique, my watch cannot enjoy the global official Longines service. It is a little disappointing, but worth the price.
