The salesperson, in this case Kamila, was very attentive to my needs and responded swiftly to my requests. The whole purchase experience was wonderful. The watch was delivered within days (to Singapore!) and the watch was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this dealer and definitely return to purchase more watches in the future.

At first, the warranty was not included in the package so got me panicked.. but later on found out that was sent separately and that should have communicated to me at first. However the follow up was thorough, all good and I am happy with the watch.
