As a first time buyer on Chrono24 I was worried about authenticity and reliability. I couldn't have chosen a better dealer to work with for this sale. Watch came perfectly packaged, untouched, new, with tags and stamped/dated warranty card. I will certainly be contacting Robert when it comes time for me to add to my collection again.

He kept communicating with me throughout the entire process, and when I needed some adjustments to the shipment method (couldn't be home to receive the watch because I was at work), he rerouted the package to the nearest UPS facility for me to pick up within two hours, and followed up with a call to make sure I was aware of the process. All in all, a very pleasant experience purchasing a brand new Omega Speedmaster in flawlessly new/unworn condition with the manufacturer's warranty!

I was a bit worried when looking for a $30K YM42 from online dealers. I worried that the watch would arrive not matching what described in the ad. Robert at Harley’s Time reassured me that I will receive what he has described in the ad, down to the date in the warranty card. I made the purchase and received the watch exactly as described, without any hiccups whatsoever. Completely satisfied with the entire transaction from inquiry to delivery. Bought an omega seamaster 300 master coaxial. Robert got back to me within minutes of my inquiry and this was when he was out of office and on a business trip. He was helpful in answering all of the small questions I had both over messages and phone call. When I received the package, the watch was rolling around the omega watch box which probably happened during transport. But the box itself was filled with styrofoam peanuts so the watch came without a scratch. Everything he had described about the watch was accurate as far as I can tell. Prices are great. Considering buying from Robert instead of my local AD from now on.
