The package was thoroughly assembled and arrived quickly (the only issue was FedEx not delivering to a FedEx store as I had asked, but fortunately I was home---nothing to do with the seller!). The watch is simply gorgeous and I could not be happier.

The watch was as described, in good condition, and came quickly and well-packaged. I had it checked by the local authorized Patek repair shop after I got it who verified it was legit and looked ok on the inside, though I haven't had a full service. Communication was a bit inadequate which made me nervous as I had also read some negative reviews of the dealer online. I had to ask the same question a few times to get an answer and some answers were unsatisfactory (e.g. wouldn't answer about service history so I assume it hasn't been serviced or the seller doesn't know), but I took a risk and bought because of the chrono24 backing and return policies. Overall, I'm happy with the watch.

Communication well. Unfortunately this particular watch was no longer available, after I‘d paid. Immediately another watch (the same model in the same condition) was offered as an alternative. Immediate assistance and support by Chrono24 and the dealer. Once this issue was resolved, all went fast and to my fullest satisfaction. Beautiful watch, excellent condition.
