Shipping was quick and seller was responsive when I had questions. The watch appeared to have been shipped in the stated condition (new/unworn) as photographed with the contents in the listing. My only issue was that on arrival the watch did not work. I took it to the maker's boutique and they had to send it out for full service. Not expected for a new watch.

Unfortunately battery failed during transportation due to prolonged exposure to low temperatures. We offered complete coverage of the issue.
