Amazing service, communication, and shipping. They even resized the band for me. The warrantee card was included (and checked out with Seiko). I tried to buy this watch from other vendors and even though they advertised they had the watch, they'd didn't have it in stock and some refused to give the warrantee card. I would buy from this company again.

First time I’ve used Chrono24. It’s has been a perfect transaction. Purchased watch and has it sent to London, UK. Took around 7-10 days or so, absolutely fine. Had to pay a fee to customs that was expected. But most importantly the watch it perfect and doesn’t seem to be fake or have any other scary (for my wallet) issues hidden! Only criticism is the pictures aren’t the actual watch on sale and the shop orders watches once you pay. Other than that, perfect and recommend.

The delivery was great, from Japan to the Netherlands in 2 days (+time difference). The contact with the seller was super, with regular updates.
