Shipping was incredibly fast! I received the watch the next day, maybe the second day, after placing the order. The watch box was in a standard shipping box packed with newspaper. Upon opening the box, I saw the watch bracelet had come undone at the clasp, which seemed odd. Thankfully, the spring bar was still in the link, and nothing seemed to shift around too much. My only complaint is around communication - but that seems to be the trend with this seller. I had some concerns about the bracelet and spring bars, but the seller seemed dismissive and very short. It is mostly demeanor and might be caused by the email/text nature of communicating. At the end of the day, the price was reasonable, and the watch was delivered quickly. How much can I really complain?

Hard to believe how smoothly and expeditiously the whole process went. I expected dealys -- one always does -- but the watch was in my postbox almost immediately. I had barely made the decision to buy before I had my watch on my wrist.

The watches were delivered quickly, and were professionally packed, and exactly as described. I would buy from this dealer again. Taxes and duties on arrival in Thailand were included in the price.

When I am sent a watch that is clearly faulty I do not expect the dealer to ask me to return for repair. I do not buy watches that require repairs. Returning a watch is time consuming enough.
