As a buyer in the US, communication was very good once I started using the WhatsApp. The watch arrived in mint condition with all items as expected. Seller included the custom's watch work sheet and removed the alligator strap per my request. I am not sure it was needed, but there were no issues. I would purchase again from the Luxury Souq Dubai.

The item was described as new with tags and was actually a used item. Paperwork that came with watch dated the watch approx 9 months old. When pushed vendor accepted that item was lightly used and not new.
