Il est dommage que l'on ait pas de contact avec le Directeur lui-même M.David Khalil, car nous avons alors, la sensation de ne pas être considéré comme client, dans le plein sens du terme (transaction de 30.000 € tout de même !!!); comme si un Commandant de bateau ne saluerait pas son client,, lors d'une croisière...de 30.000 € !!! et qui ne venait pas s'enquérir du bien-être de son passager signifié souvent par le "comment ça se passe ? " traditionnel. Pour ma part, des questions demeurent sans réponse : Exemple: - La Garantie couvre quels défauts, quelle avaries? - La montre, avant la vente , a tournée : Combien de temps ? Avance-t-elle ? Retarde-t-elle? - La montre a été révisée : aucun compte rendu n'est fait, a-on-noté quelque chose de particulier ? , A-t-on changer des pièces? un remontoir ? Aucun justificatif n'est donné ? Un peu, puisque je m'adresse à un revendeur Anglais, comme si ce Monsieur achetait une "Aston Martin", accepterait-il qu'il n'y ait aucune certitude sur son kilométrage, ni aucun compte rendu sur son état, SURTOUT S'IL A A FAIRE à un PROFESSIONNEL ??? !!! Sinon personnel réactif, sympathique avec réponse email un peu lente ( 1 réponse par 24 H; pas plus); c'est étonnant quand on est vendeur...non !!! Bien à vous.

Watch came as pictured. Shipping was quick with Fedex, packaging acceptable. Watch had been lightly polished. The watch was described as being serviced and in full working condition, but a few days do not advance with the pusher while they work well with the crown. Overall I'm very happy with the watch.

I couldn't be more pleased with WatchCollectors.co.uk. The pictures perfectly showed the only visible flaw on the watch. Their rating for condition seemed conservative. They went out of their way to double-check with me that I understood the band was only 16cm, which would be too small to fit on many women's wrist (fortunately, it fits my wife perfectly). I could not believe how quickly the watch arrived after the payment went through, it made it from the UK to the West Coast of the United States in 2 days.
