Communication and shipping was very well done. I exchanged some messages with a representative of the dealer about the condition of the watch, more specifically if there were any signs of wear or anything of that sort and I was assured there weren’t, as the representative had allegedly seen the timepiece themself. Unfortunately when it arrived it had a small nick on the casing of the watch towards the back which wasn’t disclosed to me before purchase. It’s not too big of a damage, but I would have definitely liked a bit more honesty or transparency.

The watch was shipped the same day we received payment. We shipped it via UPS with full insurance and a signature required. It was delivered on time. Since there is no explanation for the low rating on shipping, I can't really respond beyond the fact that everything seems to have gone perfectly with the shipping.

Great experience - clear communication and fast action. Only callout is photography - while of high quality it'd also be good to see a few images that are a little more 'in sitchu'. They did, however, offer to show me the watch on video call. Overall great - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The seller was quick to get back to me when I expressed interest in the watch (clearly looking to get the sale) but then was completely non-responsive in replying to my requests for additional information about the watch & then 100% ignored every request -- & direct instruction from Chrono24 -- to please work w/ me on delivery date. I had 2 specific days when I instructed that I did NOT want the package to be delivered as I would not be home ... & they delivered on precisely that date. They were completely inflexible & non-responsive to my requests for coordination around delivery, and in fact, once I clicked "pay" they never responded to another of my emails -- they got their $$ and then clearly had no customer concern after that point. If this wasn't the specific watch my husband wanted & I wasn't able to find elsewhere in time for a key celebration, I absolutely would not have given them the business. It was very much a bad experience.

May 1 Chono24 Request: The buyer has contacted us concerned about the shipping. The status in the system is showing a shipping label has been created. We assume the package will be sent, soon. Being my first Rolex I was nervous but after learning about the reputation that SWE has in the watch industry I was out at ease. Upon purchase they reached out asked if I had any questions and went over the purchase. Delivery was fast very well packaged and I have to admit I was shaking when opening my first ever Rolex! It was exactly what I had ordered, the pics were exactly what was sent and the watch was beautiful. Had it checked out just to put myself at ease and was told it was good to go. Hard to believe it’s 28 years old looks and sounds brand new! Would highly recommend SWE!!!

the omega I purchased came in even better condition than the pictures showed. this retailer had clearly serviced the watch prior to shipping as they stated. finishing was very good for a 15-year-old example, fine brushing and good polish w/out damage to case lines. Movement is running +1 SPD avg. across 5 positions when tested and at Zero SPD on the wrist. Fair price and very fast shipping, upon further research a very extensive selection too.

My Cartier Tank purchase went as smooth as possible. The item arrived UPS to my door just two days after my purchase triple-packaged in a SwissWatchExpo case with gift bag included. The automatic movement timepiece is beautiful, exactly as described in the listing, and running about -2 seconds per day. A great experience!
