Al toen ik twijfels over de echtheid had werd verkoper onvriendelijk. Daarna wilde verkoper niet/ matig meewerken aan het retourneren van de Rolex.

We appreciate all of our buyers, and work incredibly hard to satisfy them. Unfortunately, in this transaction that was simply impossible. The buyer contacted us saying that the watch was in "too good of condition to be authentic", something that some may see as a backhanded compliment. We graciously listened to him air this concern time and again in his messages, offered many thoughtful reassurances, offered extra photos and our many years of expertise. We have sold dozens of this exact model of Cellini - ref. 4084 - and thousands of vintage Rolexes. As for our experience, we also were recently named one of the top 100 influencers in the U.S. watch industry by WatchPro magazine and one of our watchmakers used was an authorized Rolex watchmaker and was given training by Rolex at their Beverly Hills Service Center. We patiently exchanged a number of emails with the customer. In the end, he demanded that we refund the purchase price, his original shipping, the shipping he paid to send it back to us, and any customs fees that he paid. We gladly accepted the watch back and gave him a refund of the purchase price and his original shipping. Our not refunding his return shipping back to us or any of customs fees is unfortunately what earned us this review.
