Leider wurde das Paket von UPS vor die Garage gelegt, obwohl der Versender eine Übergabe mit Unterschrift veranlasst hatte. Dies ist aber ein Problem des Händlers und ggf. seiner Versicherung - es ist ja alles gut gegangen. Paket war leicht beschädigt, aber der Händler hatte so viel Polstermaterial eingefügt, dass alles tiptop in Ordnung war. Händler hat mir eine Kopie seines Beschwerdeschreibens an den Versender zukommen lassen. Uhr kam unbeschädigt an. Lieferung war schnell - hat sich sogar noch vorab entschuldigt, dass die Uhr Freitags (bei Bestellung) nicht mehr mit der Post rausging und ich bis Dienstag auf den Erhalt warten müsste. Fast schon übertrieben höflich. Eine Rückfrage zur Garantiekarte, die ich nicht fand, wurde sofort und kompetent beantwortet (wird bei Panarai statt auf eine Extrakarte ins beiliegende Büchlein eingetragen). Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Kam sehr sympathisch rüber. Würde dort wieder einkaufen.

Der Versand hat etwas länger gedauert als erwartet, der Lieferzeitpunkt lag aber noch im Zeitfenster. Kommunikation lief gut, sehr freundlicher Händler. Mit der Uhr bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder!
