Everything was super and I recomend this dealer . The watch was exactly as it was described . The only ‘ problem ‘ was that the shipping to Romania wasn’t possible because of no delivery company to take responsability on delivering expensive watches and I had to fly over Munich to receive it personally .

This wasn't the smoothest transaction and it is hard to say I would recommend this dealer. Dealer communications were extremely slow, averaging 1-2 days to reply, and following payment (along with an additional 100 euros shipping cost), they were very slow to ship the watch (4-5 buisness days). Upon delivery to me the original Omega boutique dated warranty card showed the watch as verifiably 5 years older than was descirbed in the listing and it was running ~15 seconds per day fast. Through C24 mediation the dealer did provide a small partial refund, which has covered the cost of regulation by an Omega qualified watchmaker, but the refund was modest, given the 5 year discrepancy in actual vs advertised age of the piece. Overall, I'm very happy with the timepiece, and the watch is in excellent cosmetic condition, however the dealer experience has room for improvement in communications and customer service.

Leider gab es ein Fehler in der Beschreibung Geschlecht. Der Verkäufer hat hier nach Kauf aktiv nachgefragt für wen die Uhr sein soll. Und so konnte noch das bemerkt werden bevor die Uhr verschickt wird. Schade das der Artikel nicht gekauft werden konnte. Aber sehr toll dass hier nochmal explizit nachgefragt wurde. 5*

連絡は良く取れ 希望した写真もすぐに送られてきた 時計本体も期待通りで良好 カーフストラップに交換するのが必要との事 新しいカーフストラップに交換のに時間がかかり支払い後に時計の発送まで時間かかった 付いてきたカーフストラップは品質は良いが長さが短い 私は腕が細いので端の方で何とか装着出来たが腕の太さによっては装着不能である 約1㎝は長さが足りずDバックル用でないストラップが付けられていると思われる

L'articolo in annuncio mi è stato consegnato in tempi brevi ed era conforme alle aspettative pur manifestando un vizio che non era possibile riscontrare dalle immagini (ansa ritorta). Ho comprato diversi articoli vintage e in quasi tutti ho trovato qualche difetto imputabile alla vetustà dell'oggetto. Aggiungo però che il venditore mi ha riconosciuto un piccolo sconto sull'acquisto che dovrebbe compensare la spesa per la riparazione sull'ansa della cassa.

Der Artikel kam unbeschädigt an und stimmte mit den Bildern überein. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert, schnell und zielführend. Alles in allem war der Kauf sehr entspannt so wie man es bei solchen Produkten erwartet.
