Before I bought my watch, I had one or two queries which were answered very promptly and efficiently by Eduard at Kreativ & Exclusiv. My watch was made to order and would take approximately 4-6 weeks in which I was happy to wait. My watch arrived promptly by FedEx and when I opened it I was quite overwhelmed with the presence and its quailty and build. I cannot recommend Eduard highly enough as it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.
