First time making a purchase through Sivils, and it couldn't have gone better. I reached out as I had a question about the watch, and was looking for options beyond the strap that was advertised. Camden responded very quickly, worked with me to get the exact setup I was hoping for, and was prompt with getting the watch shipped out. Our communications spanned a few days during which he was traveling out of state, but he was still extremely prompt with his replies and made a point of keeping me updated on the status of my purchase. Of course, the watch arrived in perfect condition; it was obvious that extra care had been taken to properly package it for the transit. Not long after signing for the package, I received a text from Camden thanking me again for the purchase, and checking in to see that I was satisfied. I'm of the opinion that the greatest indicators of satisfaction is if a customer would recommend a seller to a friend, and whether they would themselves make a future purchase with that party. In both cases, my answer is yes, without any hesitation. If you're in the market for a piece that Camden has available, I would strongly suggest you reach out to him.
