Most of my career I have worked for "premium" brands, where you always look to exceed customers expectations. So I feel that I am well qualified to say that this company and especially Alex, exceeded my expectations with this purchase. Buying from the other side of the Atlantic, 8-hour time difference and not dealing face to face did not matter a jot. This buying experience was actually better than the visits my son and I had to our local jewellers to try and decide on the watch he wanted for his 21st! Watch was accurately pictured in Chrono24, purchase was seamless and the delivery was less the 36 hours from America to the UK! I can't recommend Alex highly enough...many thanks....10 out 10.
