Item as expected. Item came in parts, but no big deal, as it was very easy to reassemble. Item was clean & well packaged. Some may think it over packaging, but I prefer that they were very thorough. The watch works. It runs kind of slow, but they were open & straightforward on the profile that they recommended servicing, so no big deal and no surprises here. Out of habit, I tend to take newly acquired used watches in for service anyway. No different from buying a used car, I always take it to the mechanic after purchase. The only problem came in shipping. The shipping from Switzerland to USA was very quick. The only problem was on 1 part, they were unable to fit the full address so left off 1 of the numbers to my unit/apartment. The full address was on a different part of the package, but unfortunately, the US postal service didn't look there and it was deemed undeliverable and sat at the post office for a while. I contacted the dealer for clarification and they were punctual, thorough, and very helpful in explaining what happened on their end. It was troublesome having to call USPS and picking up the package myself, but at least I got my package before it was sent back to Switzerland. I fully recommend this dealer. Even if you have a problem, I expect they will be very helpful in helping you resolve/fix problems.
