The seller, Majid packaged the watch so nicely it made me felt very special. However after wearing the watch for 12 hours it lost 15 minutes and I contacted Majid. Majid offered to have the watch repaired on his expense!! Mind you, Majid already included a brand new strap free of charge!! He knew I really love the watch and he ensured I am happy with the purchase. Majid made the entire transaction stress free, the watch came as advertised which is free of dents or scratches. Original box and paper. And his willingness to work with customer above and beyond is truly hard to find these days. I will not hesitate to purchase from him over and over. I strongly recommend anyone to Majid.
