The dealer accidentally send the watch with a wrong box and papers. After I noticed the mistake, they were quick to identify the mistake and quickly sent me the right box and papers and organized the pickup of the wrong ones. Other than the original mistake (which was a big one, admittedly) everything else went perfectly. But I have to remove one star from a perfect score. I would strongly recommend the dealer.
