The watch shop made a special mod for me = Very, very good The watch arrived looking good, but the movement was not functioning = bad I don’t fault them for the non-functioning movement. It can happen. However, they didn’t want to communicate how to solve the problem. I just gave it to my own watch maker to fix. Not good communication. But happy they did make a good looking watch mod for me.

There is scope for improvement in the product description, eg the rectangular watch dial size ( width and length), and the lug to lug length, as well as the strap width. These information would help customers to judge if the watch fits well with their wrists..

Asked the dealer to reduce value on commercial invoice which fell on deaf ears. Had to pay a lot of tax. Packaging could have been slight better rather than just a plastic FedEx bag. Was expecting a little more care in packing a $1,000 Casio. Good product but make sure you get acknowledgement from dealer that they understand your request.

The package the watch came in was very poorly packaged. There was only one layer of bubble wrap going around one side of the box and two sides didn't have any bubble wrap. On top of the bubble wrap there was one thin layer of cardboard going only from one side to another. As you can guess, all corners of my watch box were slightly damaged. The watch itself was totally fine and covered in plastic, but it would have been nice if the box would have been in good condition as well.

Very good quility from the seller. The product is exactly as I expected. The outrr packageing was less than i thought, but not serious damage to box, only in the corners. Overall I enjoy my MF Ghost watch. Thanks for the great price.

I just bought the Citizen Automatic NJ0150-81Z Tsuyosa, a very good watch . Hard to find a better in that price range. The sellers service was excellent. Only thing i didnt like was the shipping, it took FedEx 16 days to deliver me the watch, way to long .
