Our watches come with a new leather covered metal box. And we wrap it with lots of bubbles. I don’t know what happens in the custom. Custom officers sometimes open the box and this is out of our control. Again the custom problems are not about us. You have seen the paper we declared. It was all OK. Also, it is so surprising that you never answered our massages,calls, and e mails during the custom process. Now you came here and complain about something ??? I don’t understand this. Well I gave you 1 star upon the Communication.

Chronograph function doesn’t work. Minute dial stops at four minutes, while 1/2 hour dial continues. Fly back function doesn’t work properly. Needs to push several times before it resets. Watch described as serviced. This shouldn’t happen, or it should have been disclosed properly. Watch was more expensive than other models advertised. Expected more.

Horloge loopt 10 min voor per dag. Had gedacht dat dit wel gecheckt zou zijn door de verkoper. Er stond ‘mint condition’ in de advertentie.

I just bought this 72 € watch, from Turkey to France for 12 € additional shipping costs. Arrived at home a week late, the package damaged, ups claiming 61 € tax, almost the price of the watch. Nice gang of thief UPS! Apart from that I recommend the professional B Watch Collection for its very good communication.

Professionnel peut fiable, montre reçue dans un emballage type courrier, n'assurant pas la protection du coffret. Professionnel ayant posé un problème de douane, a cause d'une erreur de calcul de TVA. J'ai du acquitter le surplus de TVA et la pénalité causée par la mauvaise déclaration. !!! A ne pas recommander.
