L'azienda è stata presente nel processo comunicativo con il Cliente a partire dall' acquisto fino all'attesa consegna dell'orologio. All'arrivo l'orologio era come da descrizione (ovvero nuovo e con garanzia già attiva come comunicato) ma purtroppo era presente un seppur banale problema interno alla confezione dove risultava rotto il lembo laterale destro dell'elestico superiore che blocca l'orologio in confezione. Alla mia richiesta di sostituzione del box l'azienda mi ha risposto che probabilmente il danneggiamento è stato causato da me e che purtroppo la scatola che contiene l'oggetto non rientra nella garanzia. Da questo punto in poi sono terminate le comunicazioni ed è intervenuta CHRONO24 per la ottima mediazione. Non sò se effettivamente il box non rientri nella garanzia dell'orologio (probabilmente è così) ma credo che il Commerciante dovesse quanto meno adoperarsi per trovare una soluzione che tendesse ad una piena Customer Satisfaction (come fatto da CHRONO24). Non posso quindi ritenermi totalmente soddisfatto del trattamento sebbene lo sia per il solo orologio

Un des facteurs ayant présidé au choix de ce vendeur était le délai de livraison annoncé lorsque j'ai communiqué avec lui. Ce délai n'a pas été tenu, très loin de là. Les réponses à mon inquiétude étaient des atermoiements. J'aurais pu acheter Mons cher auprès d'un autre vendeur de ce site, qui annonçait un délai qui me paraissait trop long, mais qui au final eut été le même. Un peu décevant alors qu'il s'agissait d'un cadeau d'anniversaire.

Extremely fast shipping and handling. Bought the watch at 4 om friday, and had it in my hands on monday at 2 pm. Extraordinary. Advertised as new, the box had some microscratches on it sadly. Whether is was due to mishandling by the supplier/AD or a defect from the factory, I don’t know. No big deal. But when I sent pictures to Spazio, which CLEARLY showed these scratches, Spazio calmly said that there were no scratches, that it only was the veneer- and that it should look like that. I found that really weird and unprofessional - The scratches are there plain as day. When asked if I could perhaps get new box, I was ignored. I love the watch (no scratches there!) and the service up until the watch was delivered, was spectacular. Too bad they just could not be more forthcoming when it came to a box which costs 50 dollar tops to produce, or at least be a bit more understanding.

Schnelle Lieferung. Garantiekarte war nicht neu wie in der Anzeige erwähnt sondern 4 Monate vorher ausgefüllt. Rückgabe verlief problemlos.

Die Antwortzeiten des Lieferanten von Anfrage der Uhr bis zur Lieferung war sehr schnell. Die Uhr wurde dann, wie vereinbart, nach 9 Arbeitstagen per Express geliefert, nur war es leider dass falsche günstigere Modell. Nach Beanstandung beim Lieferant wollte dieser dass mit seinem Unterlieferanten klären. Nach zwei Wochen Wartezeit und mehrmaligem Nachfragen von mir und von chrono24 kam keine Rückmeldung wie es weitergeht. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Bestellung storniert und von chrono24 perfekt Rück abgewickelt

Dopo qualche giorno di perplessità seguita ad un ritardo nella spedizione, ho contattato il venditore. Con estremo piacere ho riscontrato un servizio clienti disponibile e assolutamente cordiale, che si è scusato per il ritardo e mi ha garantito l'arrivo in date certe. Considerata l'estrema competitività del prezzo di vendita, ritengo più che giustificato di un ritardo moderato. Esprime invece sinceri complimenti per il servizio assistenza diretto (cellulare), cosa che non è scontata al giorno d' oggi. Orologio nuovo e completo di ogni corredo. Consiglio il venditore senza dubbi.

Netter Kontakt. Leider wurde die bestellte Uhr nicht in der avisierten Lieferzeit geliefert. Die Uhr sollte inherhalb 2 Wochen bei mir sein, als sie nach 4 Wochen noch nicht auf dem Weg zu mir war habe ich die Bastellung storniert. Die Rückzahlung lief problemlos.

Tout était ok sauf la livraison du colis à un habitant de mon immeuble que je ne connaissais pas et sans en être averti au préalable. Pour un article à ce prix, c'est un peu embêtant.

Unfortunately even though the dealer reacts and moves very fast with the shipping. It did not inspect the watch properly and shipped it with a minor QC issue on the bezel alignment. I had to return it and support all the return charges which I don’t consider right, because the watch was not defect free.
