La montre est superbe et conforme aux photos. Le titre est un peu trompeur car il ne correspond pas exactement au modele livré : il ne s’agit pas de l’édition limitée “50th Anniversary” (fabriquée en 2019, avec le fond numeroté) mais du “ CHRONOMASTER REVIVAL EL PRIMERO A384” vendu actuellement en boutique. Mais je suis satisfait de la montre qui est en parfait etat !

I am happy with this store, only nwgative thing is the delay of the sending the watch, instead of 4-6 weeks it took them 7 weeks, not sure what was the problem. But the communication and the service was excellent.

I got a nice, brand new Hublot Big Bang! Everything went nice & smoothly, but the delivery took three weeks longer than promised. Overall I´m satisfied and will use your service again in future.

Orologio dato in pronta consegna nuovo per poi scoprire che é stato ordinato e quindi consegnatomi con un paio di giorni di ritardo rispetto al previsto. Nulla di grave ovviamente. Da aggiungere però che sebbene l’orologio fosse ancora con le sue pellicole presentava alcuni piccoli e superficiali graffi sulla cassa dalla parte opposta alla corona che potevano essere controllati e sistemati prima della spedizione. Segnalato il problema al venditore senza ottenere risultato ma questo é un rischio degli acquisti online. Nota positiva il prezzo competitivo rispetto ad altri sellers.

The watch would have been available immediately, according to the advertisement.. on the contrary it wasn’t and had to wait for 2 months. It’s not a big deal but I wish I was better informed about this lead time as it was a gifts for a speciale occasion

Dealing with Spazio 21 has been a very pleasant experience. Communications were quick and accurate. Most importantly the watch has been delivered in perfect order and within the promised timeframe. I was looking for the exact watch I have bought. The watch was advertised as new so I did not need to refer to any picture in the advertisement on Chrono24 which there were none. This is perhaps something Spazio 21 might change. Overall a very positive experience.
