Bad feelings towards this seller. I guess if everything works fine - and it should, he is a professional seller - it is a blast as his prices are quite competative. However, I had 2 problems with the seller: (1) the initally purchased watch was sold by the supplier before it was delivered to them. Not a tragedy but the seller did not actively communicate with me but only replied to my emails. The first status-update request from me was answered with the usual "all good, don't worry"-email, in the second email, one day before the promised delivery date, they told me that they will check it and come back to me, in the third email - as they did not come back to me - they finally admitted that the sold was sold otherwise but that I will get the next one. Not really nice from a customer point of view, especially if the customer has to request all the information. (2) The watch I received was not working properly, the minutehand was stuck between the 1 o'clock and 9 o'clock mark. Their basic response to that was: please make a video, we will check this. Checking from my point of view is: they will look at the video and advise me what to do. Checking from their point of view is: we look at the video but keep our analysis to ourself and also don't inform the customer what to do next. In the end, again after requests from me what is their comment on a watch they sold and which arrived broken they basically told me: the watch is under warranty, please get it to a Service Center, not our problem. So no, not a recommendation.

Hodinky byly dodány v nefunkčním stavu. Nešly. Musel jsem je zaslat do specializovaného servisu. Tam zjistili vadnou baterii. Očividně výstupní kontrola u obchodníka nefunguje.

Delivery of the watch took a month since I order a model that was not in stock and this model is new. Watch is brand new and comes with all papers, with a very competitive price. Two things were a little confusing though : - During this month, seeing the same watch still being sold by the same dealer with an additionnal discount of 7% (probably a mistake) while you're still waiting make you wonder in which position you're in the waiting list. They corrected the price after I asked them and told me that I was the only purchaser. - At the end, I asked them to wait before sending the watch because I was in vacation and they didn't. Delivery date was then 1 day before planned by UPS, and UPS let my 6k watch at the local supermarket. Not what you expect for such a delivery. Packaging was very good, but you didn't know until you pick it.

J'ai effectué le paiement le 28 avril, ils l'ont reçu le jour même. D'après leurs dires je devais recevoir l'article dans 7 à 9 jours. L'envoie de l'article a été fait le jeudi 13 mai. Soit 15 jours après que le paiement soit reçu. Les délais d'expédition ne sont pas respectés, l'article n'était pas en stock. Je ne vais pas vous mettre une mauvaise note car vous m'avez répondu rapidement à chaque fois. Il faudrait juste dire réellement les vrais temps de livraisons. Sinon, article bien emballé etc...

Cercavo la misura di cassa da 36 mm ed avevo specificato che era un regalo per una persona che non amava i diametri superiori ai 40 mm. La referenza indicata era quella del 36 mm. Arrivato l'orologio ma da 42 mm... Per il resto tutto perfetto, spedizione arrivata in un giorno !

Ho acquistato un Hublot ho dovuto attendere qualche settimana l'arrivo dell'orologio nonostante, risultasse subito disponibile, per il resto consiglio il venditore che è stato sempre celere e gentile a fornire le risposte alle mie domande. Spedizione arrivata nei tempi previsti, l'imballo sufficientemente protetto e l'orologio come da descrizione.

Quick reply every time. Sadly watch had a scratch. With watches at these prices I expert it to be checked before sending. I didn’t feel the luxery treatment I want for a product like this. Had to ask more then once for updates. But then a quick responce. At this moment the watch is sent back but don’t know what will happen next. Repare!? Not completely satisfied at this moment. Didn’t have the time to wait or I could not make a review anymore.
