Can’t really complain since the watch came as advertised and in beautiful condition. Only thing I can say is that the dealer didn’t communicate all that well. I sent maybe 3 or 4 messages to them with no response. Then finally got a response that the item shipped and it would be delivered the next day. Which it was. So overall they did what I asked for and watch was as advertised. I guess I would of just like a little more interaction. I’m happy with the outcome.

My first expensive watch and buying online I was very nervous. Got comfort from the escrow account and dealer's positive reviews. I am VERY happy with the purchase! The watch and set were complete and in excellent condition just as described. They were packaged with great care. There was a mix up in the listing with the photos for this watch and a similar model that the dealer had sold recently, but dealer responded quickly with fresh set of photos of the actual watch. Communication was very good. Item shipped in less than a week of escrowing the funds. Fedex had some confusion on their end on day of delivery, and Rebes was highly communicative that day and assisted in communicating with Fedex to get the package delivered that day. I would definitely buy from Rebes Timepieces again.

The seller should mention to the buyer that shipping charges does not include customs/VAT charges or any other charges in the receiver country.

Please note we had previously advised you that we ship with FedEx Express however as we stated, requires an adult signature upon delivery and we offered to have it held at your local FedEx Office in the event you were unable to sign for it. You were unable to sign after they attempted delivery so it caused delays to adjust on FedEx end to then be held for you.
