Thank you for your support and review. We would like to clarify on your comment because we did not change the list price while negotiating. First of all, we listed the watch at a very good price. Then you suggested a price that was even lower than our list price. We could not accept your price proposal and told you so. Since there was no offer and acceptance, there was no agreement on the price. In fact, you did not accept our list price at all. As such, we reserve the right to list the price based on the latest price trends for this watch. The watch market is dynamic and there are price fluctuations. It is not right to say that we change the list price while during negotiation. You did not accept our list price from the start. We just exercise our right to adjust the price as there was no agreement on the price anyway.

Would like to clarify that buyer did not know the import process for watches into United States. And because we ship many watches to United States, we submitted the paperwork required for US customs clearance. And when we did all the paperwork to ensure a smooth delivery, client thanked us and is happy with the watch. However, client expected no paperwork is required, not understanding that paperwork is always required by US customs for watches. We tried explaining it to him but the message does not get through. We have done our best and it is just a pity that the client is not appreciative of our efforts.

Thank you for your review. The winding of the watch was tested and it was winding fine - as we take pre shipment videos of the watch. There was no issues with the watch operations. The watch worked well and is truly beautiful. We always abide by our full refund policy - in accordance to Chrono24 Trust Checkout policy - when you return the watch. However in this case, you chose to keep the watch and so we believe that the watch is working well for you.

Just to clarify, the watch does not come with the original box. We have to bubble wrap it and protect it within a rigid container. We always put the safety of the watch first. And perhaps you were not happy with the fact that we list our watches at the lowest price. You kept giving us ridiculous price suggestions and we declined them politely. Perhaps that affected the way you gave the review.

Hi thank you for your support and comments. We always describe the contents of what you will receive to the best of our ability. When we state clearly that the watch does not come with the original box - it really does not come with any box. As such, we will need to add protective bubble wrap around the watch - but we WILL STILL place the watch in within a protective container or box to make sure that it does not come into contact with anything else.
