I appreciate the dealer's politeness and willingness to communicate throughout the process. However, I was disappointed to discover upon receiving the watch that the crown was not original, which was not highlighted in the description. This is an important issue that should have been mentioned to ensure a fair deal. Furthermore, the watch experienced water ingress on the day I received it, simply from using a small amount of water to clean it. Upon opening the case back, I discovered that the watch lacked even the most basic sealing, despite the dealer's claim of "Our all products are given overhaul." I had to install a seal ring to rectify the situation. Overall, I would rate my experience with three stars.

Very kind seller, good price, fast shipping, but the watch is not serviced perfectly as was described. I think, only the japanish watchmakers cant do perfect swiss level service work as well.

There was a discrepancy between the written description and the photograph. The issue was raised and the seller was excellent, willing to do whatever I wanted. I opted for a partial refund. Can highly recommend this seller. Excellent, thank you.

A couple of the pictures were inaccurate and misleading, and was what i based my purchase decision on. To be fair, the actual condition – which was much worse, was also depicted in other pictures. So it’s partly my own fault for not clarifying with seller. However, the bigger question is – why are there two sets of pictures depicting different conditions in the first place? Watch came with a nice handwritten thank you note. The packing was top notched and it was nice the seller provided a generic Seiko box for such a vintage watch whose original box is lone gone.
