Lieferung und Verpackung sind in Ordnung. Leider funktioniert die Uhr nicht was das Kauferlebniss doch etwas trübt. Die Rückseite war offen, aufziehen der Uhr vergleichsweise schwer. Trotz aufziehen der Uhr dann keine Funktion.

The customer received the watch after the service, with a 12 month warranty. He did not contact us in any way and reported any problems. We don't understand this behavior. This is simply unpleasant because we make every effort to make the customer happy.

My only qualm was the fact that the leather band broke within two days of wear but it’s easily replaceable so I still very much recommend.
