(+) sehr schneller Versand, Uhr entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung, Händler antwortet zeitnah (-)Verpackung der Uhr lässt zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere die Box.

Der Händler ist sehr zu empfehlen. Er ist sehr freundlich und hat im Vorfeld angeboten, die Armbandgröße einzustellen. Grundsätzlich hat alles super, vor allen Dingen schnell funktioniert, aber die Verpackung war aufgerissen, als die Uhr geliefert wurde. Aber es war noch alles drin. Wir haben es im Beisein vom Paketboten geprüft und waren nur etwas erschrocken. Da kann der Händler wahrscheinlich gar nichts dafür. Aber vielleicht doch künftig stabilere Verpackung benutzen.

Insgesamt gutes Kauferlebnis. Leider waren einige Mängel bei einer Uhr im sehr gutem Zustand auf den Fotos nicht oder nur kaum zu erkennen.

The watch is currently at Omega’s for (according to them) a full and necessary service at CHF900. Wasn’t in great condition but not a big deal.

Sehr schöne Uhr in sehr gutem Zustand. Händler meldet sich persönlich bei Rückfragen. Der Versand könnte optimiert werden. Die UPS-Sendung musste ich in einem dubiosen Paketshop abholen (lag dort auf dem Boden in einem riesigen Pakethaufen).

La livraison a été reçue à temps malgré un délais long de réponse dû à une cause personnelle. Bonne communication néanmoins. Le seul point à relever est la qualité de l'étui envoyé, un bel objet de la sorte mériterai un écrin adapté. Merci

The watch is beautiful and exactly how the seller described it. However, there was an issue with shipping; first of all, I was not aware that I’d have to pay an additional $500 as an import tax in order to release the package from ups in KY. Second, the seller did not include my street number in the address so once it arrived to my state, the carrier held it for even longer and said “they were contacting the sender”. It took two days to figure out the issue. Overall, shipping took a lot longer then expected and I spend a little more then anticipated. I wish the tax was included in the total when I purchased the watch and hopefully the seller will get the address correct for future buyers.
