Is it you or Chrono24 who have left us a one-star rating for shipping? This is a shame since the watch arrived in 10 days and that the indicated value for customs purposes was intended to avoid stealing during transport and a too heavy import tax to you. We have learned the lesson and will since now on only indicate the full value unless the buyer decides not to do so. Kind regards.

Wir glaubten wir hatten immer noch ein Stück dieses Modells im Lager und haben falsch gerechnet, es gab leider kein Stück mehr. Wir haben sofort reagiert und mit Ihnen und CH24 gut kommuniziert. Wir haben Ihnen sogar eine Lösung für eine andere Uhr zu einem besonderen Preis vorgeschlagen und Sie haben kein Wort gesagt. Heute bekommen wir diese böse Bewertung aber es macht absolut nichts, alle andere Kunden sind zufrieden mit uns! Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns nicht mehr, es lohnt sich nicht!

- Diese Uhr aus der 60er (vintage) wurde vor der Lieferung voll geprüft und funktionierte einwandfrei - Kunde war nicht einverstanden und wollte die Uhr sofort zurückschicken. Wir haben die Uhr sofort zurückgenommen und das Geld erstattet - Nach einer zweiten Diagnose (ein Paar Tagen Test) haben wir ein Problem mit Gangreserve gefunden, es wurde rasch korrigiert und die Uhr war wieder perfekt - Keine Chance die Uhr nachher wieder zu verkaufen, der ungeduldige Kunde hat sich sofort (!!!) für eine andere Uhr entschieden - Wir haben keinen grossen Fehler gemacht und den Kunde perfekt bedient, sogar wenn wir am Ende kein Geschäft gemacht haben - Sorry aber das ist kein Grund um einen Verkäufer nicht zu empfehlen, nur eine Rache, der Ausdruck einer Frustration - Wir empfehlen auch nicht diesen Käufer ;-(
