Watch arrived in perfect conditions and it was exactly like the pic. Unfortunately it took more than 2 weeks to be delivered even tho the estimated delivery date was in 5 days from the day of the purchase.

The dealer showed a warranty card on the sales page that wasn’t supplied on delivery. After many emails that I had to initiate they supplied the card via email, no option was provided to ship it to home address

For some reason green dials photograph much brighter than they appear to the eye. Still, it's a lovely watch. Watch left the vendor quickly but shipping method took a week to deliver.

The watch was as described. I was looking for a watch under the category: Watch with original box and original papers. Their description even said “includes all original papers and warranty" but only included the warranty sleeve but not the warranty document. They did send me a letter of authenticity and provided 3 years warranty after the fact.

Watch arrived before due date from USA to Qatar and the condition as a expected, there is one mistake in one number on the warranty card, i asked the dealer about it, and he took 3 days to reply, i wasn't happy for his late reply, but it was fixed 👍.

Watch was advertised as new (year 2020). It turned out the watch was from Dec 2019 when the ORIS guarantee was activated by the retailer. Nonetheless, the retailer agreed on a solution which was fine for both of us. I do recommend Exclusive Watches.

The watch looked as advertised and the dealer kept in communication regarding delays in shipping. However, there was a pretty good delay in the shipping after purchase. Overall a good experience.
