De verkoper reageert zeer snel en zelfs op zondag. De verzending door FedEx was ondermaats: het pakketje zou op dinsdag aankomen, dan op woensdag en uiteindelijk ontving ik het op donderdag. Verder ben ik heel tevreden over de leverancier en het horloge.

The less than perfect score for the shipping was due to FedEx messing up. The item arrived in Ireland on a Thursday but was not delivered until the following Tuesday, a day later than the shipment schedule I had been given.

Seller used catalogue pictures which didn't show the actual watch I received. In this case the oscillating weight and movement differed from the pictures.

Our pictures are all self-made by our photographer and not manufacturer's pictures. The pictures were created sometime ago. The movement has since been slightly modified. Unfortunately, this escaped us. Sorry for this.

J'ai acheté cette montre en pensant qu'elle avait le diamètre de 43mm. Erreur de ma part. Je me suis baigné avec comme avec mes 3 autres Ice Watch. Une humidité est apparue sous le verre. De plus le prix est plus cher qu'en Belgique. Le vendeur a accepté que je la renvoie ( à mes frais) pour l'examiner. J'ai préféré la porter chez Ice Watch à Bruxelles.
