Good Dealer, the only thing that was slow was the delivery took quite a long time from the point of order, would be great if they could provide a faster delivery but apart from that the watch was great and all was good.

Very happy with the condition of the Rolex Deepsea 126660, which I purchased from this dealer and it matched the description in the listing. A mistake was made in the shipping address as it was addressed to, -------, Road rather than ........, Walk. Thankfully there isn't a --------, Road in my town, so the package arrived without issue but I was rather disappointed that the correct address was not entered, given the value of the transaction! The pictures of the item entered by the dealer on Chrono 24 showed the watch but there were no pictures of the box, guarantee / registration card and other Rolex paperwork etc. The listing did state that these were included in the sale and to be fair they were sent with the watch but it would have been nice to have seen pictures of these items before making the purchase. I would purchase from this dealer again but I am hoping this feedback will help the dealer with future listings / sales.

Watch was described as full set, yet when going through the watch box contents, it was clear that the additional rubber strap that is supposed to be there wasn’t! I contacted the seller, who said that this is how it was supplied to them by a customer. I said you can’t claim it’s a full set if it is incomplete? The seller just said sorry and that they weren’t familiar with Tudor., didn’t offer to order a strap or compensate me. I have now found an original strap on eBay but this is costing me £200 extra. The watch doesn’t seem such a deal now and because of this I can’t recommend this dealer. An experience dealer should know what a “full set” actually means and check that what are supplying is indeed a full set.

Seller very polite. I received the watch but I had to return it because was not as advertised. It was supposed to be in Mint/as new condition and was far from that. I ended up paying $450 for shipping return plus custom duties that I had to pay.

Pictures were 100% accurate and shipping was super fast. I love the watch. However...chrono doesn’t function properly and will need a service. This wasn’t mentioned in the ad.
