Communication was great! If only they would’ve had the watch they advertised and the one I THOUGHT I was purchasing. They didn’t notify me that they didn’t have the actual watch I purchased until AFTER I paid for it. They offered me one similar but I could have gotten that one from several different sellers. Took a week to get my money refunded.

I made s specific enquiry about the instructions. The booklet I got was the wrong one, it had no semblance of the watch I received. The watch is beautiful, but, no instructions

Nice price, fast and helpful response. However, the packing of the watch was poor…The watch had no protection at all within its original box, no plastic wrap on the watch case and strap. It was kinda messy inside the box once I opened it, which I think it was caused by the long way shipping, couple of scratches on the dial…it’s sad😔

Communication before sale was quick and good. Watch was shipped immediately after payment. Watch had a problem but it was handled very quickly and professionally. Return label was emailed to me and refund was processed very quickly. I'm sorry it didn't work out but thank you for professional approach.
