Very good communication, fast shipping and support. The only problem was that the rubber on the crown cover was burnt and it went right away. It does not affect functionality or appearance and of course the watch was new and in its original packaging.

No complaints, only minor points prevented a perfect score. The pictures were in context looked very good and helped 'make the sale', offering good detail in most regards, but the watch was shown with the crown pulled out and it wasn't clear that the watch's case had brushed as well as polished elements. I did ask one question that was answered fairly promptly if not fully. The watch itself and it's box arrived very well packaged and seemingly in excellent condition, which is the main thing.

Item is as described. The only problem is the shipment time frame. It took more than a month before we receive the watch. But overall, its a good transaction. 👍

The dealer was very helpful, but the courier company he co operates was super slow ( they kept the watch for no reason for 2 weeks) and therefore I give a three star review (5 for the dealer but zero for the courier).

Articolo conforme alla descrizione, il commerciante ha risposto alle mie domande in maniera rapida ed efficace. Mi aspettavo solo un imballaggio migliore, per evitare qualunque rischio di danneggiamento durante la spedizione. Nel complesso il giudizio é positivo.

He realizado compras en Holanda, Polonia, Italia y en Alemania por la misma agencia y nunca un envío me había tardado tiempo en llegar (más de 15 días desde la confirmación del pago). En cuanto al reloj ningún problema.

The watch was as described. Am very pleased with it. Communication with the dealer was excellent. The only issue was with delivery. It was dispatched promptly unfornately it took 7 weeks to be delivered which I do understand was out of the dealers control.
